123Greetings.com is glad to announce the launch of “DigitalPicasso ecard Design Contest 6“to search for greeting card designs that helps people express themselves in the best manner possible. Card categories for the contest Greeting card designs in the following categories that people would love to send the world over –

Contest is open for following card types–

  • Postcard
  • Animated card
  • Flash card

Why should you participate?

  • US$ 100 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Postcards /Animated types, in Holidays category
  • US$200 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Flash cards /Interactive cards, in Holidays category.
  • US$ 50 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Postcards /Animated types, in World Languages category
  • US$100 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Flash cards /Interactive cards, in World Languages category.
  • US$ 50 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Postcards /Animated types, in Thank you category
  • US$100 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Flash cards /Interactive cards, in Thank you category.
  • US$ 50 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Postcards /Animated types, in Love category
  • US$100 cash reward, for max. no. of cards published in Flash cards /Interactive cards, in Love category.
  • Bonus - $250 for an artist portfolio with maximum U.S + Canada sends during the whole tenure of the Contest till 25th September.

Can I submit cards in more than one category?

  • Artists can submit card under whichever category they wish to
  • They can submit cards under multiple categories and win cash award for multiple categories
  • During the contest timeline, any new card upload under the specified contest categories , needs to be informed to Ashton Martin (ashton.martin@123greetings-inc.com)

What is required?

Eligibility criteria

• All artists (both new and existing), excluding Studio artists who have won a reward earlier

  • Artist should be above 18 years of age.
  • Artist MUST be the owner of the card and all relevant rights therein which includes all content, music and images.
  • The card must be suitable for the general mainstream audience i.e. no adult, erotic, violent and spiteful content will be allowed,
  • Artists can promote their creations through social media shares.
  • Artist must publish minimum 4 cards in each category, which include categories like Love, Thank you & World Languages and a maximum of 10 cards within each sub-category of the event to be eligible to be part of the contest.
  • Eligibility criteria for Holidays – Artist has to upload cards for minimum one event within Holidays & must publish minimum one card for each sub-category within the event (Example – Rosh Hashanah has 8 sub-categories so a minimum of 8 cards for that event need to be uploaded) to be eligible for the Contest and maximum 10 within each sub-category of the event. For holidays with no sub-category, artist has to upload a minimum of 8 cards (example – Chocolate day has no sub-categories so a minimum of 8 cards need to be uploaded).
  • Cards must be relevant, legible and must bear a relevant card message (on the cards submitted) for the category the card is submitted in and the category of the card should not be changed after uploading.
  • Unique images and texts to be used for each card category in the Contest.
  • An e-card should have a sender-recipient message/ me-to-you message.
  • All cards part of this contest will not be eligible for Studio Reward plan or any other plan, at the time and after the contest

  • The designs might be eligible for any other future plan, which would be communicated by 123Greetings Studio.

How will the contest be judged?

Winner would be selected based on maximum # of cards published (made live) under one of the above mentioned categories.

  • For each category there would be 2 winners, one for Postcards/Animated cards and other for Flash cards/Interactive cards.
  • To qualify for the World Languages, Love & Thank you category, artist would need to submit at least 4 cards in each of the mentioned categories and a maximum of 10 cards within each sub-category.
  • To qualify for the Holidays category, Artist has to upload cards for minimum one event within Holidays & must publish minimum one card for each sub-category within the event (Example – Rosh Hashanah has 8 sub-categories so a minimum of 8 cards for that event need to be uploaded) to be eligible for the Contest and maximum 10 within each sub-category of the event. For holidays with no sub-category, artist has to upload a minimum of 8 cards (example – Chocolate day has no sub-categories so a minimum of 8 cards need to be uploaded).
  • Artist needs to get maximum sends from U.S + Canada for all their uploaded cards to win the $250 bonus.
  • Artist needs to get maximum sends from U.S + Canada for all their cards within a category to win the $50 bonus.
  • In case of a tie, # of global sends would be applicable for the winner’s choice
  • Decision by 123Greetings would be final and binding on all artists. In case you would like to bring anything to our attention, please email us at ashton.martin@123greetings-inc.com.
  • Artists not winning the contest need not get disappointed – their future designs stand a chance to win our monthly cash reward at Studio, amongst other goodies.

4. How will I know which of my ecards have qualified for the contest?
You will receive a mail from us, intimating you about the ecards that have qualified for the contest. In order to be eligible, your ecards must be in-keeping with the “Naughty/ Witty” theme. Cards that are not in-keeping with the theme will also be made live, if the other parameters are met. But they WILL NOT be considered as part of the contest.

1. Can I promote my own cards?
Yes, absolutely! You’re encouraged to promote your own creations amongst your networks. We have systems in place to detect spiders/ bots or other unscrupulous activities, which are not allowed.

2. Is the cash award transferable?
Unfortunately, no! The awards are not transferable and would be issued on your name.

3. How will I receive my award?
We will contact the winners to gather their identification and bank account details, and will dispatch a check with the award amount to you.

Overview

123Greetings.com is launching a design contest to search for greeting card designs that help humans express themselves in the best manner possible.

Why should you participate?

1. US $ 250 cash reward to the winner of each category

2. Exposure to 123Greetings.com’s 95 million annual user base

3. Eligible to be part of any future plans, as announced by 123Greetings Studio

What is required

1. A greeting card design in the following categories that people would love to send the world over –

St. Patrick’s Day

Easter

2. All designs need to be uploaded at http://studio.123greetings.com and approved to be eligible.

3. All file names need to be in the following format to be eligible:

       Digitalpicasso_<studio username>_<categoryname>_<design #>

4. You can submit multiple entries for each category

Who can participate?

All designers, including existing Studio artists who have not yet won a reward.

All designs part of this contest will not be eligible for Studio Reward plan.

The designs might be eligible for any other future plan, which would be communicated by 123Greetings Studio.

How will the contest be judged?

We believe in letting the people decide. All competing designs would be made live on http://www.123greetings.com. Designs with the most number of unique card sends globally would be the winner. You can track your progress on a real time basis via your profile at http://studio.123greetings.com. All sends up to the contest deadline would be eligible.

Decision by 123greetings would be final and binding on all designers. In case you would like to bring anything to our attention, please email us at ashton.martin@123greetings-inc.com.

Designers not winning the contest need not get disappointed – their future designs stand a chance to win our monthly rewards at Studio, amongst other goodies.
