There are currently no limitations as such in regards to the file size of a card.  
The studio currently has no limits to the file size of the ecard that you can upload. Keep in mind that the smaller your ecard size, the faster it will load providing a better user experience.  


However, the rule of thumb is, the smaller the file size, the faster the card loads; the faster the card loads, the better the user experience;
You shouldn’t restrict your creativity because of file sizes.
 
Feel free to experiment.
