===Eligibility Criteria for Reward Payment===
Visualizers need to share the copy of following documents:
*Minimum 5 uploads (1 approved uploads each in 5 different categories) by the Artist during the first participative month in the One Time Reward Plan.
*Photo ID Proof: Any of the followings –Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Passport / Unique ID Card /Voter ID Card etc
*To qualify for the rewards, their card must achieve minimum 25,000 unique card sends from US in the month of Reward and should be in the list of Top 10 Artists of the month.
*Address Proof: Any of the followings –Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Passport / Unique ID Card /Voter ID Card etc
*Cards uploaded prior to checking the Reward Plan will not be considered under this plan.

* Rewards to be given to Top 10 Artist of the month based on highest Unique Card sent from US geography among the studio Artist as under:

Total $6,050/month
*For the unrewarded Artist, the uploaded card will be considered cumulative for a period of 90 days from the date of making the card live after Signup and checking of the  Rewards Plan. However, for the reward the card sends will be considered only for the respective month.
If any card is modified during the period of 90 days, the original date of card going live will only be considered as the date of card live date.
*One artist can only win one reward.
*Any Artist getting an award in any month will not be eligible for any further Rewards.
*Unrewarded Artists willing to continue in the Reward Plan, have to make minimum 3 uploads (1 uploads each in 3 different categories not used in the previous month) in subsequent months till they win the Reward.
*Signing in with multi login/ID will be treated as violation of the Reward Plan and will result in deactivation of the accounts as well as removal from the Program.
