As a developer you need to have the following software to publish an ecard:

*Macromedia Flash version N or above.

You can use images directly from your computer as .jpg, .gif, or .png files for photo ecards. For Video ecards, the file type should be .MP4. You can also use image editing software such as Photoshop, GIMP, MSPaint and IrfanView to edit your images.
